Welcome to my website. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20 years experience providing quality therapy services for individuals, couples and families from diverse backgrounds, culture and experiences.
Navigating work, relationships, illnesses, and life challenges in general is difficult, and I provide a safe and empathic environment in which you can explore and discuss important issues, gain practical tools and receive the support you need to improve your overall quality of life.
My approach is warm and collaborative, and I integrate evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI) which are tailored to each individual's needs.
